Reagon LDK: We do not support ratification of the demarcation with controversial documents

Through a statement to the media, the LDK has indicated its position tomorrow at the Kosovo Assembly session, during which the ratification of the Kosovo Demarcation Bill of Montenegro is expected. The LDK says this party cannot support the Ratification of the Bill if the same documents are attached [...]

The LDK says this party cannot support Ratification of the Bill, if the same were attached to conflicting documents.

This is the text of the message:

Kosovo's Democratic Order supports Ratification of the Bill on Border Sign Agreement between Kosovo and Montenegro, as well as the political Declaration of the presidents of the Republic of Kosovo and Montenegro, which consists of two articles of the August 2015 Agreement, and will vote FOR this bill only with this content.

The LDK cannot support the Ratification of the Bill if mutually contradictory documents were attached.

The ongoing LDK has stressed that the August 26th 2015 agreement is in line with all the facts and in the interest of Kosovo citizens and that its ratification so far has kept our country isolated and far from the European perspective.

The LDK will continue to support Kosovo's prospects and integration processes in Euro-Atlantic structures”.
