He has said Albania and Kosovo should also have a joint president as a symbol of national unity, writes Persycope.

“Kosovo and Albania are divided, but they already live in the same media field, have economic interaction and political co-operation. It is not impossible to preempt the way to come here to Pristina, 10 years after independence, without borderpoints in Morina”, Rama said.
Besides, Rama has said in his address that Albania and Kosovo should have a joint president, and a common security policy.
