Police immediately blocked the “Revolution”, from the National Security Agency building to the American Embassy.
The Montenegrin government confirmed early in the morning that an unknown attacker threw a hand grenade at the American Embassy in Podgorica at midnight and then killed himself by activating another explosive device.
Half an hour after midnight in front of the U.S. Embassy, a person committed suicide with an explosive device. Shortly before suicide, the US Embassy's face entered one of the explosive devices from the intersection at the Sports Center.
