Deputy Prime Minister Behgjet Pacolli has confirmed that agreement has been reached with Ramush Haradinaj to accept the LDK's proposal for demarcation. It has said that this agreement has been reached on principles of understanding for Kosovo's future. Eventually, the demarcation will be passed on Wednesday. This is after Ramush Haradinaj has agreed to accept the LDK's condition to leave the Buliki Speed Report only as an informational and orientation report for MPs.
Deputy Prime Minister Behgjet Pacolli has confirmed this for Express.
With the Prime Minister today after a long conversation. The gap between the LDK and the prime minister has been resolved. Document accepted, as the LDK has requested. There's no more dilemma to get ahead of”, Pacolli said.
“It can definitely be considered that this problem and dyvergence between LDK and the prime minister have been chosen. There will be no problem”, he added.
It was hard, but I'm so glad it happened. No conditions, but positively and thinking about the future of young people”.
Meanwhile, demarcation failed twice, in the last two sessions, as the AAK's LDK disagreed over the contents of the document that would be adopted in Parliament. Isa Mustafa's party demanded that the Bush report be only informative, while Haradinaj demanded that the same be binding.
Along with the agreement reached between Kosovo and Montenegro in 2015, it will be ratified in Parliament, and the document signed by Kosovo and Montenegrin President, which confirms that improvements can be made to mark the border line if new facts are found.
