Under the co-operation between the Kosovo Lawyers' House and Kosovo Specialised Chambers (special Court), there has been an information session for lawyers who have over five) years of work experience, such as lawyers, judges or prosecutors, and who are interested in closely conveying procedures and other cases that concern lawyers' application to represent the Chambers as defenders of accused or defenders of victims.
The meeting was held under the leadership of Mr. OAK's chairman. Osman Havolli, with legalist participation respectively. David Hain, head of the defense office near the court and Mrs. Silke Stidzinsky, head of the Victims Protection Office, which submits necessary information to Kosovo lawyers regarding the Specialised Chambers Rules and other procedures near these chambers.
Specialised Chambers representatives encourage lawyers to apply to be part of the relevant lists, the Special Protection List and the Victims Protection List, as they will have conveniences given that the court will hold judicial procedure in the official languages in the Republic of Kosovo, as well as in the English language.
