The delegations of Kosovo and Serbia, or as they say in Brussels “Pristina and Belgrade”, will meet on Monday in Brussels after a long time to discuss technical issues that mainly concern the implementation of previously reached agreements.
For a long time, there have been no meetings of such technical level, while the last one to have to develop was canceled before it started, following Serb politician Oliver Ivanovic's north assassination from Kosovo, writes Koha Ditore today.
The Belgrade delegation then returned from Brussels, saying that “in such circumstances has no reason to negotiate”.
But since then, although from time to time reportedly there is progress in investigating the case of Ivanovic's assassination, there is still no concrete result that would lead to the conclusion of who and why this politician was killed.
