Former US Secretary of State John Kerry has congratulated the state of Kosovo on the 10th anniversary of Independence.

Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Behgjet Pacolli, who has indicated that during his meeting with him, he has congratulated all Albanians on the 10th anniversary of independence.

During the MSC Conference, I also met the great friend of Kosovo Albanians, American Secretary of State John Kerry. Secretary Kerry congratulated me on the 10th anniversary of Independence on me and all Albanians who are celebrating today” wrote Pacolli on Facebook.
