He during his visit to Paramarib has thanked this state for attracting recognition of Kosovo's unilateral independence”, Serbian media report.
“I am particularly grateful to the president and minister of foreign affairs that for Serbia is the most important decision Suriname has taken to the basis of Serbia's arguments when it comes to Kosovo's problem and has drawn recognition to Kosovo's unilateral declaration of independence”, Daciq said at the media conference along with Suriname Foreign Minister Ildiz Debor Polak-Beil
In addition, Daciq “has clarified Suriname's opinion that it is about declaring the independence of a part of Serbia's territory, where most of the population make up the Albanian national minority”.
So, as that Daciqi statement sounds, Serbia continues to be destructive when it comes to Kosovo, while in Brussels it speaks of reconciliation and normalising relations with Kosovo.
In exchange for this favour Suriname has done to Serbia, Dacic has offered a string of conveniences to this state starting with visa removal, the Memorandum for co-operation of both MPJs and political consultations, Agreements for Friendships of the two countries, etc.
With this, Dacic and Serbia are showing how important recognitions are for Kosovo. However, Daciq in Suriname has not spoken of restoring Kosovo's recognition by Guinea Bisau, then recognition from Madagascar, etc.
