Four injured in a traffic accident on the <x0c>back Rugova”

Police spokesman Daut Hoxha has confirmed that the accident occurred near the village of Mazzi around 20:30, while one of them suffered serious bodily injuries.

“Around 20:30 on the Rugova highway near the village of Mazgi has caused a traffic accident involving a car. As a result of a four-person accident, one of the most seriously injured --”, Hoxha declared.

He lets it be known that the injured were sent to the KKUK medical treatment, while a segment of the road was temporarily blocked due to this accident.

The injured were sent to the QKUK medical treatment. The highway segment from Truda to Mazzit has been blocked for communication until police units conduct the site's view procedures, Hoxha told Koha.net.

He has added that the highway management police units have responded to the case and are taking necessary action under previous procedures to clarify the circumstances and identify the causes of this self-excident.

Hoxha has also appealed to drivers to be more alert to avoid such accidents.

“At the same time we appeal to all leaders to be more vigilant in driving because they are themselves those who can contribute to the reduction of accidents that are often resulting with serious consequences”, Hoxha has expressed.

Hoxha suggests that, around 9:30 a.m., police units have completed viewing the site and the route has been released for circulation”.
