Hoxhaj did not rule out even the possibility of negotiating with individual deputies from all political parties, it becomes known through a communique for the media.
As for the Serbian List, Hoxhaj voiced confidence that a part of the party's deputies will vote on the agreement, broadcast Koha.net.
He spoke of visa liberalisation, which has now been conditioned for three years with ratification of the demarcation agreement. Hoxhaj related a personal occasion in which he said he has gone to a family for comfort, and one of his family has asked him to provide a visa to visit Slovenia on a health issue.
Hoxhaj indicated he had to personally ask Slovenia's ambassador to Kosovo to secure a citizen visa in question.
With this example, Hoxhaj said the free movement of citizens is their fundamental right, and stressed that it is unfair for citizens to remain hostage to political processes, as has been the case with demarcation.
