During his visit to Iloa, Haradinaj refused to give a deadline when the transformation of the KSF, which Kosovo citizens are now awaiting.
“But as soon as we get that piece done, we'll be able to get back to work that gave us our strength. Understandably, it is great luck to have partners like the National Guard in Montenegro and the US Army”, Haradinaj said.
During his meeting with the leaders of the National Guard of Montenegro, he spoke of co-operation between the two countries, and Kosovo called him lucky to have such partners.
