Haradinaj: We will work to say stop extremism and radicalisation in Kosovo

The country's first comments were made at a day conference organised by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology ( MAST, with the theme “Education, key to facing extremism and online radicalism”.

Haradinaj said school institutions are in battle for the fight against extremism and radicalism of the country's young.

He voiced confidence that local institutions will be united and will work with all instruments to say stop this phenomenon in Kosovo.

According to her, Kosovo's education sector should shift its focus towards teaching young people critical thinking, because they enable them to better evaluate information.

According to her, the US Embassy strongly supports the Kosovo government for planning educational programmes to combat these disturbing phenomena.
