Haradinaj accepts it before foreign media: The Special Could Not Be Unspoiled

For the first time, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj stated last week in an interview for DW that the Special Court could not be abolished, while showing how committed it is to preserving reports with friendly states, even weeks ago said it does not listen to their ambassadors. In an interview for the newspaper [...]

Haradinaj, in an interview for the German newspaper, was declared for the Special Court's undoance initiative, naming the initiative an expression of the Parliament's democracy.

The special court's <x0) initiative was a free expression of Kosovo's Parliament democracy, but this initiative was unsuccessful, so there is no epilogue for this process, but also criticism of this court has provided a lot of lawyers”, Haradinaj said.

Haradinaj added that the initiative to undo this Court would also fail because for this process two-thirds double and constitutional changes are needed, and that is impossible.

“won't change anything, the initiative would not even be able to stop the Special Court, because it takes two-thirds of the deputies, and that's impossible, the court exists, and criticisms exist, but this is normal”, Haradinaj added.

The prime minister mentioned that as chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, he had rejected the founding of such a court.

Crusader Haradinaj, on the eve of the 10th anniversary of Independence, has confessed to the German newspaper how difficult it is to form the state from the first and for the challenges that further accompany Kosovo. ;

A state's “is not an easy process. Kosovo has learned many lessons. Of course, we have to improve our governance, rule of law, and economy. We are where we are now, but we will not give up, we must face problems, because this is our state, we have no other place to live”, the prime minister has indicated.

Haradinaj also spoke in this interview about the disappointment of Kosovo citizens regarding the current state created in the country, where he said there are many things in Kosovo that you cannot be satisfied about, and that the government of Kosovo should gain the trust of its citizens.

There are many things in Kosovo that you cannot be satisfied with. Kosovo is still an unfinished job. Government institutions must first gain the trust of its citizens in the fight against corruption. We must bring more investors to Kosovo to have greater economic potential” stressed Haradinaj.

The prime minister, despite difficulties, also counted the achievements Kosovo had for a decade of state. International recognition of Kosovo's Independence and strengthening of state finances are achieved, but according to him, the fact that Kosovo has not yet been recognised by five European states and also does not reach a final solution with Serbia is not facilitating the lives of Kosovo citizens and the situation in Kosovo in general.

Asked about the fact that US and Britain's visa refusal could mean cooling and distance of reports with those two countries, Haradinaj said:

“cannot influence the decisions of other governments, but however I do not have that impression, I have even now accepted a visa for the visit to London”, said the country's prime minister, Ramush Haradinaj. /Express
