Government Minister Haradinaj Pal Lekaj has spoken about Serbian Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin's statements. Who has said that Kosovo-Pristina dialogue is not producing results, so instead of dialogue, an agreement on partitioning Kosovo should be sought.
Lekaj has stressed that dialogue is the only means of peace between Kosovo and Serbia, and that any declaration having stimulating content should be condemned by all factors.
The “Dialog is meant as a means of peace to achieve that the Republic of Kosovo and Serbia have an agreement that ends centuries-old hostilities. It is time for all of us to call for fruitful dialogue and not to throw “gaca into gasoline” so that even the statements of Vulin or anyone who has the stimulating content for division or something that is not in favour of peace must be condemned by all factors”, Lekaj has been expressed for “Gazeta Blic”.
“We are for dialogue with the results and Serbia needs to be made clear that it cannot move forward without achieving lasting peace and not accepting Kosovo as a state, these should happen by being seriously involved in dialogue on open topics between our countries at the level of”, the Lekaj declaration has concluded.
Meanwhile, during today Serbian Minister Aleksandar Vulin has declared that only with the partition of Kosovo would the solution of the dispute between Serbs and Albanians be reached.
According to Volin, Serbia should seek agreement on partitioning Kosovo, rather than concluding a dialogue that is making Serbia's membership difficult for the European Union.
