At today's Government meeting, several decisions have been adopted, including the allocation of 50 thousand euros to the President's Office.

Directed by Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo held its regular meeting, in which it has adopted decisions and documents of its constitutional and legal responsibilities.
In accordance with the conclusion of the Kosovo Republic Assembly, the Government has given the opinion on the Bill on Amnesty, initiated by a group of MPs. Based on the analysis, the Government estimates the initiative is not in line with the common motives for law enforcement. The bill aims to exempt individuals designated for individual criminal responsibility for respective acts from prosecution. This made this bill unprecedented, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo thought.
The government has also suggested the Bill for the Independent Council for Civil Service in the Republic of Kosovo. The government estimates that this Bill must be adopted in package with the Public Administration Organisation Bill, the Bill for Public Officials and the Bill on Salaries, taking into account the links between these bills.
The Government's decision has been adopted by the Sector Strategy for Employment and Social Success 2018-2022. The strategy provides evidence of targets and activities that will be taken according to planned deadlines. It is this effort by the Government of Kosovo to work in the vision, under which all citizens have equal opportunities in employment and social protection.
At today's meeting, the Government has adopted decisions to approve municipal budgets for 2018, of Suhareka municipalities, and Kamenica.
The decision has also been adopted on granting consent to exclusion from the Public Procuration Law field of the Republic of Kosovo, on all budget-agreed means at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the category goods and services, and in the budgetary position of consultancy. The decision is argued because of specifics and specific security measures and official secrecy.
With the decision adopted at today's meeting, the Government has authorised the Football Club “Pristina” to undertake all necessary actions to provide documentation for the use of a cadastral parcel in the Pristina municipality.
Even the Kosovo Football Federation has been authorised with the decision to undertake all necessary actions for carrying out preparations for expropriating real estate, cadastral driver 585/4 in the Pristina municipality.
The government of the Republic of Kosovo has approved the Community Programme. The programme defines criteria and procedures for sharing subsidies and transfers in order to support and promote all communities in the Republic of Kosovo. The programme will be implemented by the Office for Committee Affairs at the prime minister's office.
With the Kosovo Security Force Ministry proposal, the initiative for connecting the Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Government of the Republic of Turkey has been adopted for the exchange of personnel.
The initiative to link the grant agreement between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance and Switzerland's Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, represented by the Swiss Agency for Development and Co-operation. The grant will be used to finance the “project support programme for water supply and channeling in rural areas, stage VI”.
The government has approved the document's concept for measures to reduce the cost of extending high-speed electronic communications networks. The document addresses the country's economic development priority through use of information technology to strengthen the overall development of the country's society and economy. The digital economy brings stable economic and social benefits based on modern online and fast-connected internet services. To accomplish this requires a quality digital infrastructure that supports all sectors of a modern, innovative economy and is of strategic importance for a country's social cohesion.
For the needs of the Municipal Consultative Council under the President's Office, the government has earmarked vehicles worth 50,000 euros. Separate means will be used to cover activities spending that contribute to relations between Kosovo's Republic communities.
The Kosovo government has discussed the situation of the fire service in the Republic of Kosovo and has agreed that the status of firefighters will be regulated on legal grounds. For this, the prime minister has asked the Minister of Internal Affairs to prepare the policy analysis for regulating this issue.
Prime Minister Haradinaj at today's meeting has proposed and the government has approved the change and fulfillment of the government's decision no. 13/06, of October 3rd 2017, under which point 1 of the decision is replaced with: “The facilities are approved for water ambaltizers, seen in Article 12 of Administrative Guidance, for the water payment structure”.
With proposals from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Administrative Guide for Foreign Language recognition has been approved for all who apply for studies in the cycle of II and III education.
The minister of innovation and entrepreneurship has announced the government cabinet for talks that this minister is conducting with various donors for supporting the projects of this ministry that deal with the development of entrepreneurship and innovation in the Republic of Kosovo. In this context, co-operation with the GIZ is isolated.
The prime minister has announced the London Summit cabinet with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for financing development projects in the Western Balkans region. The prime minister has praised the summit as a good event and full of hope for the benefits of funding projects in Kosovo. The prime minister also announced the government cabinet for meeting with UK Prime Minister Theresa May, as well as with some United Kingdom Government ministers.
