Due to the passage of time in detention, Frasher Krasniqi had risked losing the MP's mandate, as the Parliament's labour regulation says that if the MP is missing six months at the session, he loses the deputy's mandate.
But since today he has been released from custody and his subject has turned into retrial, MP Krasniqi can exercise his mandate as MP.
In the June elections, Krasniqi had received about 8 thousand votes.
The man from prison had written a letter resigning all his positions in Vetevendosje Movement.
