The highest building in New York has also been prepared to display the flags of Kosovo and Albania, as participating states of the Winter Olympics.
Kosovo participates with only one athlete. Skier Albin Tahiri carries the flag at the prepass of states at the opening ceremony until Albania will be represented by Erjon Toll and Samantha Mehilli.
