Finding victims' bodies after the collapse of the Russian plane could last a week.

As a result of the plane crash, 71 people on board died.

“Puna at the scene is being carried out all the time”, Minister for Emergency Situation Vladimir Puchkov told reporters.

The ministry has said only two bodies have been found so far.

Some 400 workers are on duty in this operation.

Puchkov has said that the search operation has been complicated, “due to the wide area, large snow and complicated territory”.

The Antonov An-148 plane has disappeared from the radar on February 11th shortly after it was launched from Domodedovo Airport in Moscow to Orsk, officials have said.

The 65 passengers and the six members of the team that were on board have died”, it was said through a statement from the Russian Office on Transport Investigations.

President Putin's spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, has said the president “has expressed deep condolences to all those who have lost loved ones in this” event.

Even the White House has expressed condolences for the victims' families, saying that “The US is deeply upset about the tragic deaths of board members”.

The company's spokeswoman, Saratov Airlines, Yelena Voronova, has identified the pilot as Valery I. Gubanov, 51, with 5,000 hours of experience.

“Ekipi has been experienced and the safe plane”, she told American ABC television.

Parts of the plane were found in Ramenskoye County, about 40 kilometers from the airport.
