The hearing is up front to 10:00. A day earlier, the hearings failed, as they were unable to secure enough votes for ratification of the state border agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and Montenegro.
Last night, political parties in the country have held a joint meeting with Chief Parliamentary Kadri Veseli, who was reportedly reaching an agreement on the demarcation vote.
