A drunk man ended up on the tracks as the train passed over him. The event took place at Essex, Great Britain, this week.
Derek Acton was caught on camera climbing the railroad to Harlow Mille Station. Moments later, the train passed over his head. Amazingly, he survived without harm.
However, he has not escaped trial.
At the Highbury Magic Court on Monday 19 February, Derek Acton was handed over a 12-month order to serve the community, a request to stop alcohol consumption for 60 days, and a fine of 570 pounds.
