The Assembly will again try to ratify the demarcation agreement with Montenegro, the day the three European Union leaders will be in Pristina, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, EU diplomatic chief Federika Moghrini and Enlargement Commissioner Johannes Hahn.
Ratification of demarcation with Montenegro is a condition that Kosovo must meet so that Kosovo citizens can travel freely to the Schengen zone as well.
Two attempts at the Kosovo assembly to ratify the demarcation with Montenegro failed last week due to major differences having political vision over the issue.
Over the weekend, however, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, chairman of the Kadri Veselini Assembly and the head of the Democratic League of Kosovo parliamentary group, Avdullah Hoti, agreed on the issue, but against ratification of the demarcation continues to be the Vetevendosje movement and the Republika list.
The Vetevendosje movement is against, because it says Kosovo is losing territory, while, the Republika Srpska list, says that for this most important subject, the formation of association of Serb majority municipalities is rather than demarcation with Montenegro.
Both political subjects are represented by 42 deputies, while 80 votes from 120 are needed to ratify the demarcation.
