Kosovo Clan sources close to Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj confirm this.

This is reportedly done at Haradinaj's request, which he has handed over to Parliament Speaker Kadri Veseli.
While, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has also said there may be no demarcation hearing tomorrow.
According to him, it is likely that the session for voting the border demarcation agreement with Montenegro will be postponed for next week.
