The one at RTV Dukagjini has said that resolving Kosovo's demarcation with its western neighbour would strengthen Kosovo's citizenship.
“Montenegro will automatically send the Security Council of the United Nations Organisation (OKB), where it will announce that it has set the border line with Kosovo”, Deda has added.
According to him, the difficult part will also be Kosovo's demarcation with Serbia, which will be presented in the next three or four years.
