Deda: Tell us clearly and correctly when it is the deadline for demarcation

MP Ilir Deda asked Minister Gift Hoxha to speak clearly and under deadlines when Kosovo should ratify the demarcation. Similarly, it is clear to citizens that if concrete details about enlargement are not provided in the strategy, then Kosovo by 2030 or more cannot become part of the EU.

Our “people need to understand that the most early we can dream of becoming part of the EU is 2030, 2031 or 2032. Because this process has entered a more concrete part and it is not that someone in Kosovo has exclusiveity in information because the EU, of which there is a decretically political national consensus to become part of the EU. Even the resolution you proposed is something declarative of Kosovo's policy no longer needs declarative politics.... I've been looking for the last time you were, talking about dates, when it's the last time I have to get past the demarcation so that we can have a positive visa decision, that's what you should talk about because this is your task”, Dida stressed.

Deda made these statements during the report of Minister Lit Hoxha to the Commission for Integration.

European Integration Minister Gift Hoxha has called for national political consensus for Kosovo's European integration.

It has proposed the adoption of a resolution that would reconfirm the commitment of all institutions and political spectrum for European integrations.
