Lawyer Tahir Rrecaj indicated in court that Fatmir Limaj will be protected in silence.
“I have consulted sufficiently my most protected and we have both agreed not to declare ourselves at this phase of the” procedure, Fatmir Limaj's lawyer said.
Rhecaj said Limaj has issued two statements earlier on the issue he is accused of.
My defence “has issued two statements to the prosecutor, statements have been given in line with legal provisions, and we remain close to those statements”, Rrecaj said.
The final word in that judgment was set out on March 6, which is the final word.
At today's trial session of Fatmir Limaj testified to Jakup Krasniqi and Ragip Begaj.
