The Durres Court left former head of the municipality Imesa, Sulejman Ibrahimi, and former Agriculture Responsibility Enver Shima in prison, charged with abuse of office and passive corruption.
At the session for re-evaluating the security measure of the four persons arrested three days ago, the Court eased personal security measures for archive secretary Ornela Shemlikaj and the sister of former Prime Minister Hope Merdita, former employee of the Urbanistics office in Ishme in charge of presentation, the TCH reports.
The arrests of four former Iraqi officials came after investigations launched in 2015 for the rent of the forest fund and land on the Gulf of Lalz Coast, during public space during 2013-2015.
The investigations were launched on the basis of the KLSH report, which found serious violations of the law and benefits through documents that were later found false land investigations in one of the most beautiful parts of the Adriatic coast in Durres.
