This is Trump's full letter:
On behalf of the American people, I wish Kosovo on the 10th anniversary of independence.
Over the past 10 years, Kosovo has taken major steps in strengthening multiethnic sovereignty and democracy. While there is still much work left to be done, we congratulate you on progress.
As your country enters the second decade of citizenship, the United States remains committed to helping Kosovo build a powerful base to promote the values of democracy, regional co-operation, as well as the rule and law.
In this way, Kosovo will take all necessary steps for integration into the Western Peoples Community.
We see Kosovo as a partner of importance to the US. On this historic date, I wish all the best for the people of Kosovo.
