So in the October 13, 1972, report entitled “Yugoslavia: After Tito's” period, it was pointed out that this state's problems in its balance policy between east and west, inconsistencies and internal ethnic hatreds will come more in terms in the post Tito period, writes Mmley Sch. According to this report, President Tito, in an effort to ensure the functioning of the Yugoslav state even after him, established the collective leadership system in the party -- the Communist League of Yugoslavia -- as well as in state institutions.
