Bytyqi makes decision to cut short “financing Loyola Gymnazium”

This abolition under a MAST communiqué has been made because the Republic of Kosovo legislation has enabled MAST to fulfill its financial obligations, as they have been unprecedented in the memorandum.

The abolition is further said to have been done based on the law on the state administration of the Republic of Kosovo, the law on international agreements and regulation for the areas of administrative responsibility of the prime minister's office and ministries.

“Loyola Gymnazium”, in the future, will see other possibilities of cooperation. This decision has also been made on the basis of conclusions stemming from group meetings made up of the parties involved in this memorandum of understanding”, the communique said.
