On the day of the 10th anniversary of Kosovo's independence, Albania's foreign minister has congratulated all citizens of Kosovo.
Through a long status in his profile at '%Facebook', Bushati says that in just a decade, Kosovo has made major progress as a state.
Likewise, the number one Albanian diplomacy has also thanked the internationals for helping that it is in declaring independence, as well as in consolidation behind it.
Bushati notes that in these 10 years of independence, Albania and Kosovo have built a close and brotherly strategic partnership relationship.
For the foreign minister, concrete projects to remove economic-market barriers, create capital circulation facilities, goods and people, as well as joint promotion of Albanian language and culture in the world, are guides for decades to come, part of the joint European project.
The wish of Bushat
Kosovo 10!
The warmest congratulations of Kosovo and all its citizens in the 10-year of Independence! February 17th 2008 gave life to the early will of the people of Kosovo, the dream of warriors and martyrs, and experienced the support of Kosovo's many friends and partners for freedom, justice, progress and prosperity.
In just a decade, Kosovo has been radically transformed. From a systematically violated entity in the former Yugoslavia, it has become a democratic, multi-ethnic and multi-confessional space today, which aspires towards integration into Euro-Atlantic space.
In the last three years alone, Kosovo has become a member of a number of regional and international organisations, including its full-fledged participation in “M ARRI”, at the Western Balkan Fund, at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, as observers at the Central European Initiative and as contributors committed to the Regional Youth Co-operation Office. We will continue our efforts for Kosovo's involvement in all regional and wider initiatives, as its inclusion is a more guarantee of regional security and stability.
At the moment, Kosovo, just as the entire region is involved in a new dynamic deep reforms in the direction of rule of law, the fight against organised crime and corruption, the advancement of reforms in the health and education sector, as well as economic development. We congratulate Kosovo on its efforts in terms of bringing together the reconciliation of societies and communities in our region, in the function of building a peaceful and secure future for our citizens.
While today we all humble ourselves with the deepest honor before the long-term efforts of the people of Kosovo for freedom and independence, we also appreciate the precious and ongoing support of friends and allies, the United States of America, NATO and all countries that contributed to the closure of one of the most painful chapters of contemporary European history.
Kosovo's holiday is a celebration of the entire Albanian nation. In these 10 years of independence, Albania and Kosovo have built a close and brotherly strategic partnership relationship. Our concrete projects for removing economic-market barriers, creating capital circulation facilities, goods and people, as well as promoting Albanian language and culture in the world are guidelines for decades to come, part of the joint European project.
“chemed for life of Kosovo independence”!
