Azem Syla's request for EULEX judges' exclusion rejected

Based on the request that has provided “Koha Ditore”, he has demanded that the chairman of the court, Petko Petkov, and Judge Vladimir Miula be expelled. Besides, he has demanded that the two judges be replaced by local judges, hinting that he is seeking EULEX's exclusion.
In addition to being suspicious of impartiality, Syla has also supported the fact that Judge Mikula is already part of the Court of Court judges' college and that, according to his lawyer, he is not allowed by law to join EULEX as well. But all these claims, according to the newspaper's decision, have been brought down by the court. He valued them as baseless.
