Former Kosovo Security Force Commander Kadri Kastrati has called on the country's institutions to accelerate the process of transforming the KSF in this jubilee anniversary of its declaration of independence.
Kastrati in an interview for “The new era” has stated that Kosovo institutions, along with NATO and other parties, must sit down and address a strategy that envisions the rapid formation of the Kosovo Armed Forces.
He has said that the formation of the Kosovo Army has become a need of time.
The former KSF commander has stressed that with the formation of the Armed Forces, with the re-enactment of the Kosovo Police and the professionalisation of intelligence, the challenges in the field of security will be much easier.
