Seventeen people were killed after shooting in Parkland, Florida on Valentine's Day.

A month ago, a 15-year-old had shot a high school in Kentucky, where 2 people were killed and 18 injured. Other serious incidents have been recorded, but with a small rate of death, reports the Guardian”, the Periscope broadcast.

Florida Congressman Bill Nelson said on Wednesday afternoon “are we waiting for these mass killings to become routine? And then, after each, we say “quite enough”, and then it keeps happening?

Congress has refused the duties on gun ownership, even after 20 children and 6 educators were massacred in 2012 at the primary school of Connecticut.

“We are reducing the threshold of how much someone must be crazy to do a massive shoot,” said Austin Eubanks, who survived the 1999 shooting at Columbia High School.
