Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras has reportedly authorised the final phase of negotiations on unresolved issues between Greece and Albania.
According to “sources Top-Channel”, two days ago, the Greek prime minister has granted reconciliation and executive power to the foreign minister and the Greek negotiating team, to move to the writing phase between the two countries.
