AAK LDK does not share the Demarcation Law

“Well there's no other law, no words like hexes this law, before you have it, block citizens, leave it unregistered, leave it completely”, was the prime minister's statement at the session where demarcation was expected at today's session, which only confirmed the differences between the parties. He was pushed again. The extraordinary demarcation session didn't even get epilogue today. Despite attempts to reach consensus among political parties, it is a word that is hindering the LDK from voting on this agreement.
The session for ratification of the border agreement with Montenegro started with 93 deputies in the hall. But again, the ruling coalition along with the opposition did not have the 80 votes needed for the demarcation vote.
In his opening address to Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, who, when in opposition, rejected the state report led by Murat Meha, asked MPs how they might not trust the commission established by him [led by Speed Bulqi], which, he said, is paid by citizens' taxes.
In the past legislature, Speed Bulqi being LDK deputy has been the most vocal against the agreement signed by his party's chief, Isa Mustafa. In the June 2017 elections, he was not running at all from the MP's seating party.
“A bona me days where it hurts. Your country government of taxpayers has formed a commission. This commission is neither government nor father Hilmi's. It's Kosovo, what you're holding back, where it hurts you brothers and sisters”, Haradinaj said.
Addressing LDK deputies who are objecting to the involvement of the commission's report led by Speed Buliki as a binding part, he has said that “no letter” will be removed from this bill.
For the LDK, the Bullics report should not have legal powers, but can only be used as “directive document” for MPs before voting for the deal, which is growing older. It was signed in August 2015, while Montenegro has confirmed it a few months later.
Marre, get, get with me. This report is bothering you, where it's hurting you, if you have a problem, call it in. Not a single letter is removed before this law. State your citizens, order”, Haradinaj said addressing LDK deputies.
And the head of the party's Parliamentary Group, Avdullah Hoti, said the LDK is to end the problem of nearly three years old, saying he has offered solutions.
“... We gave the option yesterday to the incumbent parties”, he said.
Hoti reacted to Haradinaj, saying he has lost time for what he said is a running cause.
You've kept this man divided by false cause for years. Our parliamentary group does not vote reports with false causes” said Hoti.
And GP PDK chief Memli Krasniqi called the word problematic.
Now when we're this close, I really can't say that it's not a pity that we have differences in funding for a common text”, Krasniqi said.
After the clash between Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and Avdullah Hoti, Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselini has paused and has invited parliamentary group chiefs for consultations.
After consultations, where Vetevendosje did not participate, the session was set to be postponed again.
The session for ratification of the bill on the demarcation agreement has been postponed for Wednesday at 10:00, following consultations among parliamentary leaders. Only Serbian List deputies were missing at this session.
Today Albin Kurti was attacked with eggs as she entered the object of the Parliament. The head of Vetevendosje had been hunted even two years earlier, in February 2016.
Yesterday's extraordinary session of the draft vote for ratification of the Demarketing Agreement did not begin at all. After about three hours of waiting, the session was closed with a sentence of the chief parliament: The session is postponed./JNK Journal
