The deputy head of the Parliament and senior official of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Xhavit Haliti, is giving testimony to the ombudsman's case at the Pristina Foundation Court.
Haliti testified that the Eye of the People has heard from the media but that Murat Jashari said he knows and contacted him in 2000 or 2001.
For the questions Jashar has posed to Xhavit Halit, when the list of executions has been released, Haliti said Murat Yasar is used as a cobra.
I'm sorry about the Murat because they used it as a cobra. That question I don't believe wrote for itself”, Haliti said.
And for Sadri Ramabaya, Xhavit Haliti said he was a member of the LPK, then expelled from her.
“Sadri Ramabaya has been a member of the LPKU, then is excluded from it. After the war, it has resurfaced with propaganda of a certain fight”, Haliti said.
