Vuciq visits military in secret, Stefanovic convinces the gendarmerie to be ready

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq and Serbia's Interior Minister have visited separate formations of Serbia's Army and gendarmerie on the day Kosovo has given its defence mandate to the Security Force.
RTS has announced that Vuciqi, at the same time the Supreme Commander of the Army, visited Serbian Army units in an unknown”.
Vuciqi has said he will continue to visit members of the armed forces.
On the other hand, Tanjug reports that Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic visited the gendarmerie at the Lepovica base today, as reportedly convinced of their combat readiness.
“Gendarmerie members and all other organisational units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are willing to carry out all the tasks the state imposes, to protect the safety of citizens and to reject any threat to our country's stability”, Minister Stefanovic stressed.
