Vuciq UN Secretary: We only go into dialogue after Kosovo removes the tax

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq, in New York, has met with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres and talked to him about, as recorded in n1, Kosovo's “unilateral steps and the situation in the region”.
As noted in the statement, Koha.net broadcasts, Vuciq has thanked the secretary-general since his statement of “has demonstrated the grief due to Kosovo's decision to establish the Army and has stressed that Kosovo is risking regional stability by its steps”.
Vuciq has repeated his statement that” Serbia still tries to continue dialogue, but, as he said, “after Kosovo withdraws irrational decisions”.
