The formation of the Kosovo Army is undoubtedly the most controversial topic in Kosovo, and not only, these days.
On December 14th, voting in the assembly of legal changes that the KSF has turned into military.
And, while the friendly states of Kosovo are pro-construction of the military, they are divided almost in half as to how the transformation should be made.
A considerable part of the friendly states require that this transformation be made with constitutional changes, not legal changes.
Looks like one of these countries is Turkey.
The Turkish state urges Kosovo not to rush its actions.
“Turkey respects Kosovo's right to have military. Kosovo must refrain from pressing action”, Express reports.
