To your muscles it is equally important to burn and exercise, even though you cut your body's time for combustion, you will risk fatigue and hurt.
If you cannot without training, make sure that the pause between training is at least six hours.
Hard training in the morning, less difficult afternoon, for example cardio-training in the morning, yoga and the exercise of afternoon alignment.
Take care to drink plenty of fluids and eat well.
