(7 years ago)13 miners have died and another 10 have been injured in a coal mine in Czechia, near the border with Poland. 11 of the victims were Polish, and two were Czechs. This tragedy followed the outbreak of the methane gas 500 feet [800 m] underground, broadcast Indescsonline. Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis and Polish counterpart Matthewsz Morawick visited the mine yesterday.
