President Thaci has written on Facebook that in the past two decades, every time he came to the United States, he has always met Senator John McCain.
“Although it is not among us, Kosovo citizens Senator McCain will forever remember as one of Kosovo's staunch supporters of freedom, freedom and independence. At the cemetery of “United States Naval Academy Cemetery” in Annapolis, I paid tribute to his grave, to express the respect of the people of Kosovo for the contribution he has made to ensuring world peace and devotion to our country. Glory to all American veterans, who put their lives in service to their homeland and Western values”, he wrote.
