A new study has found that chewing gum while walking can do much to help in burning calories.
46 people from both genders aged 21-69 were included in this study. It was noted that those who walked during chewing gum burned twice their calories.
However, this discovery must be proved in a larger group of people, because the results do not mean they are equal to all. However, you can try this at least by walking and chewing for 15 minutes because this method has no negative effect.
