Sokol Dobruna has been presented today at Special Court offices in Pristina.
Former head of the Kosovo Liberation Army Military Court Sokol Dobruna said he still does not know what role he was invited to play, as a witness or suspect.
On 12 he set the term when he should appear. I was introduced to a person who was presented as Slovenian and a Special Court Procury worker. I suppose I might be the witness if I were to, but I don't know why it should be”, he told T7.
Although he said the KLA has not committed crimes, he will co-operate with this tribunal.
“No committed crimes. Understandably, I will cooperate, but on what level do I not know”, he said.
