New Year's night is not expected to be covered in snow.
According to IHPC co-ordinators and weather seers, Besim Aliu this year's last day will be accompanied only to several countries with poor snowfall.
In a pronouncement to Indexline, he has indicated that the temperature will still be low, which will mark the fall from the first day of 2019.
