Sex in the morning or late dinner is what most couples want

After a long day at work, all you want is to go to bed and sleep.

But in the morning, when sunlight comes through the window, a sex round looks like a good idea. If you like morning sex, you're not alone.

In 2015, the sex toy company “Lovehoney” had surveyed 2300 adults when they prefer sex.

Men had been inclined to express a desire for sex about 6:00 to 09 a.m., when “the boner rate” had reached 7:54 in the morning.

The opposite was true of women who had preferred sex between 11:00 and 2:00. Morning sex is amazing, not just because sex is fun, but for many other reasons.

Morning sex makes you more productive: In a survey this year, Matres Advisor, who had asked about 1,000 adults who live with their partner about their morning sex stays.

More than half of men, 53% had said that morning sex is more productive during the day.

Morning sex fights stress: Sex fills your body with oxytocin, a hormone that relieves stress and makes you feel relaxed and happy.

So it's not a bad way to get over a hard day at work. For an extra dose of stress release, take time to embrace before you get out of bed and get in the shower. The testosterone levels are higher this morning: In the morning the testosterone levels are higher, which means that for males, even sexual lust is greater.
