“These data are another evidence, that the 100 per cent tax on products produced in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina in no way affects the citizen of Kosovo and in no way is against it. Moreover, the laws in power and the country's Constitution guarantee them advanced rights even in addition to this economic aspect. In the category of donations, whether in the nature of humanitarian goods, goods are included as follows: flour, corn, food, sanitation and sanitation, medical medicine and equipment, oil and oil derivatives for nest heating, schools, hospitals and churches), heating diapers, etc.”, the Government said in the media report.
Kosovo Customs, as the government further says, has addressed and approved donations according to requirements from the four northern municipalities and the following Serbian Orthodox Church:
·In 07.11.2018 has been approved for the value of 46,771 Euros
The donation (food and meat products) has been approved for the Student Centre in northern Mitrovica worth 10,871 Euro
The donation (food and fish products) was approved for the Student Centre in northern Mitrovica worth 3,775.83 Euro
·In 22.11.2018 a donation is approved for the Zvecan and Northern Mitrovica municipality worth 75,000 Euro (donation is expected to arrive)
·In 22.11.2018 the donation (drice and medical equipment) of the value of 242,356.38 Euro (donation expected to reach)
The donation (food and meat products) has been approved for the Student Centre in northern Mitrovica worth 2,188.72 Euro
·In 30.11.2018 has been approved for the Orthodox Church worth 3,501.44 Euro
·In 30.11.2018 donation (25 tonnes of type 500 flour) was approved for the Orthodox Church, worth 7,000 Euros
·In 20,11.2018 was approved for the Orthodox Church worth 3, 775.83 Euro
·In 06.11.2018 donated (25 tonnes of oil) to the Orthodox Church, worth 16,196.00 Euro
·In 01.12.2018 donations (various foods, oil, sugar, rice, flour, etc) have been approved for the Serbian community according to U's donation NHCR worth 8,940.00 Euro
· On the 06.11-13.11.2018 donations were approved by the Kosovo Foundation Luxemburg (the production engine) for the Serbian community according to the donation worth 4,299.00 Euros.
· In the dates 16,11-26.11.2018 have been approved 3 donations from the IOM (the manufacturer for production, the computer) for the Serbian community under a donation worth 16.515.00 Euro.
Also, the Kosovo government says the first releases for private luggage of the Customs Code and Actis Code (Codi No. 03/L-109) meaning the releases, which certain individuals bring to Kosovo in personal luggage at the cost of goods of up to 175, carrying travellers and which are allowed without taxes.
“For the 10-day period has been over 50 different cases (mostly food goods) with personal luggage which have been released from obligations; Kosovo Border Points, Jarinje about 20 cases -- the Kosovo Border Point, the White Sea -- about 25 cases and Kosovo Border Points, Merdare about 10 cases of”, is said in the Government communiqué.
