Pristina University “hasan Pristina” has sent a Medgalegation of its 27 officials to sign co-operation agreements with a university to Istanbul in Turkey. MPs from the opposition ranks at the Parliamentary Commission for Education say participation abroad with such regimes has no positive effect, except budget damage, the Voice newspaper writes today.
To sign only one co-operation agreement with a university in Turkey, the University of Pristina has launched a Istanbul megalegation consisting of 27 of its officials, led by Rector Marjan Dema, representatives of the Steering Council, management and university senators “hasan Pristina”.
The visit was conducted on December 14, 2018, at Istanbul's Windiz Technical University.
Although Rectorate officials have told the paper that all the expenses of the UPA delegation have been covered by the economic state, MPs from the opposition ranks to the Parliamentary Commission for Education and connoisseur of education issues in the country say participation abroad with such regimes has no positive effect, except to damage the budget through receiving the wages.
Twenty-seven people, members of the Steering Council, management and UP senators attended this visit. The accommodation costs for realising this visit are covered by the Turkish Agency for Co-operation and Co-ordination T IKA, while food expenses are covered by the University of Nicokir and other partners from Turkey”, has been told of the newspaper “Zeri” by officials in the sector office of Marjan Dema
