Remi for an invitation from the Special Court: We will establish fair judicial system

“Now the coming to help in the justice system will make us feel good and confident that we will establish the right judicial system”, Mustafa wrote.
Former Commander The KLA for the Llap Operative Zone, Rrustem Mustafa, known in the war nickname “Remi”, has been invited for an interview by the Kosovo Specialised Prosecutor's Office in The Hague.
According to the lawyer, Rrustem Mustafa has accepted an invitation since January 14th, 2019, to appear near the Kosovo Specialised Prosecutor's Office (ZPS) in The Hague.
“This is an invitation for an interview”, explained Arian Koci in a post in his account at “facebook”.
“Z. Mustafa will offer himself voluntarily and is willing to clarify any circumstances the SPS is investigating”, the lawyer Koci stressed, urging reporters not to contact the Mustaff Rrustem about the issue.
During the 1998-99 war, Rrustem Mustafa has been leading the Llap Operative Zone.
After the war, Mustafa has also been Kosovo Parliament deputy.
The Hague tribunal, whose foundation has been voted in the Kosovo Assembly, is expected to try some war crimes allegedly committed by KLA people.
In the post-war years, Rrustem Mustafa was tried and sentenced to prison for war crimes allegedly committed in the area under his authority.
