QKUK surgeons demand salaries equal to prosecutors and judges

Kosovo Parliament Speaker Kadri Wessel's promise that the Law for the Budget and Budget for 2019 will be passed into packages in early January, which would enable them to raise wages for health workers, is unacceptable to KKUK surgeons.

Even if the Law on Salaries is passed in January, the pay cofficiency that doctors are much lower than that of prosecutors and judges. Morina has said that there are all surgeon clinics on strike while the following days are expected to join other public clinics and hospitals.
